Return Eligibility

- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items that are worn, used, or without original packaging may not be accepted.

- Used or damaged products (caused after delivery)
- Items without tags or original packaging

Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- In case of damaged or wrong item, ELzara will cover the return shipping cost
